Did Usher use fake money to tip dancers at strip club in Las Vegas? Here is what happened usatoday.com
R&B singer Usher went viral on Social media on Monday on accusation of tipping dancers at Vegas strip club with fake money. Did it happen? No!
USAToday reports that the “Love in this Club” singer did not tip dancers fake money at the Sapphire Las Vegas Gentlemen’s Club.
According to Sapphire director of marketing Greg Wilson, the confusion started when someone from Usher’s team left fake money with the singer’s face on it at the club to promote his upcoming Vegas residency.
“Usher was a true gentleman and a great guest at the club,” Wilson said in a statement to USA TODAY. “He and his crew converted thousands of real dollars to tip the girls dancing on the stage.”
Wilson said the 42-year-old artist “left a generous tip for the staff.”
