The hit and run driver charged with killing Nicki Minaj’s father last month has been sued for $150 million by the rapper’s now-widowed mother.

Charles Polevich, 70, allegedly struck Robert Maraj, 64, with his car as the Queens rapper’s father was walking across the street in Mineola on Feb. 12.

Polevich got out of his vehicle and asked Maraj if he was okay, but then left the scene without offering aid or alerting authorities, prosecutors have alleged.

He is charged with leaving the scene of an incident causing death and with tampering with physical evidence.
