A Brazilian teenager told police her ex-boyfriend kidnapped her, tied her hands and tattooed his name on her face as she begged him to stop.

Tayane Caldas, 18, said ex Gabriel Coelho wanted to brand her as “his property” in the horrific attack.

Her ordeal began when she left her home in Taubate, south-eastern, Brazil to attend a class but Coelho allegedly followed her and forced her to get into his car.

She said her ex, who was subject to a restraining order at the time, then tortured her.

“He tied both my arms and said he was going to tattoo my face,” Tayane told Globo.

“I cried, I begged him. I asked him not to do it because it would destroy my life and he said he would do it anyway.
