Vegas millionaire sues Instagram star, alleging she secretly posed nude in his mansion and snapped photos to sell on OnlyFans dailymail.co.uk
A Las Vegas millionaire has filed a lawduit against his “con artist” Instagram model, alleging she used his mansions to take nude pictures for her OnlyFans account.
Allegations against the OnlyFans and Instagram model Stefanie Gurzanski were made by Las Vegas time share magnate and her ex boyfriend Stephen Cloobeck, according to The Daily Mail.
Cloobeck, 59, made the claims against his ex-girlfriend Gurzanski, 26, in a restraining order application and amended lawsuit filed on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
The business mogul claims his Instagram model ex actually made her living on OnlyFans and used his opulent homes as backdrops for her racy content released on the site.
“Cloobeck, the founder and former CEO of Diamond Resorts International as well as a prominent Democratic donor, accused the much-younger Gurzanski of tricking him into believing she was a legitimate fashion model,” The Mail writes.
Cloobeck alleges in the lawsuit that the OnlyFans pictures taken on his property represent an invasion of privacy.

In the most explosive claims, Cloobeck alleges that Gurzanski secretly used his private jets and mansions as backdrops for her nude OnlyFans shoots — including while his teenage daughter was in the house.
‘In one of the most egregious, but by no means only, examples of this disrespectful intrusion into Cloobeck’s private life, Gurzanski posed topless wearing a yarmulke from his son’s bar mitzvah,’ the complaint states
